Everyone is different when it comes to trekking, so here we try to answer a few questions that you might be worrying about, however our frequently asked question section is certainly not exhaustive. If your question is not listed, then feel free to contact us.

Q. How do I book a trek with you?

A. You can book a trek with us through a number of outlets in Bangkok and Koh Chang in addition to calling us and booking directly. Following the 'booking' link for more information

Q. What footwear do I need?

A. Decent walking shoes are a must – our treks are not for flip-flops, thongs or sandals!

Q. What should I wear?

A. Light trousers and long-sleeved tops are recommended to keep out the mosquitoes but still keep you cool

Q. What about mosquitoes?

A. Apply decent mosquito repellent before your trek and ensure that you carry it with you during your trip

Q. Do I need a day pack?

A. It is not essential but if you have one then bring it to carry your own water

Q. How long do the treks last?

A. We start our treks after collecting people from their own hotels and aim to be in the Jungle by 8.30am. Expect to be away until after 3pm

Q. How fit do I need to be?

A. We cater for all levels of fitness, age and experience but we implore you to look at our grading system. We don't recommend taking children under the age of 10 on our treks

Q. Is it safe to go swimming at the waterfalls?

A. Yes, definitely

Q. What about drinking stream water?

A. We don't recommend it which is why we carry our own water with us

Q. How hot will it get on the trek?

A. It may seem a rather asinine question, but your body can quickly overheat during physical exertion in hot climates. We regularly stop during the most strenuous parts of our treks to ensure everyone is coping and drinking enough water

Q. Can your guide speak English and Thai languages?

A. Yes, our guide is fluent in both languages

Q. How big are your trekking groups?

A. Our groups are typically between 4 or 5 trekkers, but we will allow up to eight people on any one trek. As such, it is always best to book in advance to avoid missing out

Q. What sort of experience does your guide have?

A. Our guide was brought up in the jungle where we operate our treks and is extremely familiar with all aspects of trekking in the Koh Chang jungle
